The program is limited, so we invite you to review our rules and regulations before placing an order. Also, if you plan to place a large order (for example, an order intended to outfit an entire business, classroom, or facility), we invite you to first work with us to place a sample order.

30-Day Trial Program Rules and Regulations

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Most orders ship the same day. In the event your order has not shipped, you have 24 hours to notify us of the cancellation.
  • There are no cancellation fees for standard items canceled before shipment.
  • If the item has already shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

Return Policy

  • A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns containing 4 or more items.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item back to us.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be in the original packaging. Items returned not in the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns sent without a prior return authorization from Stand Up Desk Store will not be accepted.

Return Policy For Orders Processed Through Affirm

  • Orders processed through Affirm will be refunded through Affirm once the return has been received and inspected.
  • Any interest accrued on orders purchased through Affirm is non-refundable.


  • All Stand Up Desk Store desks offer a limited warranty. This means we will provide a no-charge replacement for defective parts as long as the desk is still being supplied by us and we can find your original order in our system.
  • In addition, SUDS electric desks offer a 5-year warranty on the motors, and a 3-year warranty on controllers, cables, and buttons.
  • Item must be purchased from an authorized retailer in New condition for the warranty to be valid. Stand Up Desk Store is a direct retailer and currently does not distribute products to other retailers, so purchasing from stores that are non-authorized retailers will result in voiding the warranty.  Current authorized outlets include standupdeskstore.com, the Amazon Stand Up Desk Store, and the Walmart Stand Up Desk Store.
  • Hand sanitizer is a consumable product with an expiration date printed on each bottle, and any product that is deemed to be defective by Stand Up Desk Store prior to its effective date on the bottle will be replaced.  This limited warranty does not cover damage in transit or any modification to the product by the customer. This limited warranty covers the product prior to its expiration date, provided the product is used for its intended purpose and used as recommended. This limited warranty does not cover any problems which result from improper or unauthorized use, modification, normal wear and tear, abuse, or environmental damages including but not limited to fire, hurricane, exposure to the elements, and/or extreme heat and cold, and floods.

Shipments With Missing Or Broken Parts

  • If your order has missing or broken parts, you must request replacement parts to Stand Up Desk Store within 30 days of receipt of your order.
NOTE: While we maintain an inventory of spare parts for the purpose of warranty replacement, we are not able to offer spare parts for purchase.
