While shipping damage and/or missing items are unlikely, if discovered, Stand Up Desk Store must notify the carrier within four business days.
In the event you notice water damage, creases, tears, or any damage to the product itself, please take the following actions as soon as possible:
- Note any damage and/or missing items on the delivery receipt at the time of signature.
- DO NOT throw away your packaging.
- Take detailed photos of damaged items and packaging.
