We want the delivery of your desk to be as pain-free as owning it. That's why we work hard to make our shipping process easy on you and your wallet. Below is an outline of our standard shipping process (if you have special requirements, contact us directly before you place your order).

UPS Ground Shipping

  • The map below shows where your order will originate and provides approximate shipping times.
    • Please note that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs delays, or other events beyond our control.
  • We'll provide a tracking number via email.
  • No signature is required at delivery.

Most orders ship same day if ordered by 1PM Central Time or within 24 hours. For largers orders, please allow 48 to 72 hours to ship.


Orders are delivered during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.


Most orders ship via UPS Ground and do not require a signature at delivery.


For large or bulk orders shipping will go out via Freight Carrier


Please Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Freight Carrier Shipping

  • Freight shipments usually deliver within 4-6 business days.
  • Signature is required at delivery.
  • The carrier will contact you to set a date and 3-hour appointment window (required).
  • An adult must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment and sign the driver's paperwork.
  • A loading dock is required.
    • If there is no loading dock available, you are required to request lift gate service prior to placing your order.
    • If a liftgate isn't requested, the delivery cannot be made.
  • Inside Business Delivery: If you would like your shipment brought into your business, the carrier will bring the shipment right through the buildings entrance. You are required to request inside delivery prior to placing your order.
    • If delivery is needed to an upper level a freight elevator is required.
  • Inside home delivery not available. 
  • The recipient is responsible for the disposal costs of freight shipment materials such as pallets, bands, and shrink wrap.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping on smaller orders within the US excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. This can be a 1-3 day service. If you would like to inquire on pricing please email us at

Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States

  • Stand Up Desk Store can ship to many locations in the world. However, if shipping outside of the lower 48 states a quote will be required. Please allow 24-48 hours for our team to find the best rate for you. 
  • Customs, duties, and taxes will be your responsibility and will be charged when your shipment reaches customs. We have no way of providing an estimate of these fees as they vary by country.

Holiday Shipping

IMPORTANT:
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery

While shipping damage and/or missing items are unlikely, if discovered, Stand Up Desk Store must notify the carrier within four business days.

In the event you notice water damage, creases, tears, or any damage to the product itself, please take the following actions as soon as possible:

  • Note any damage and/or missing items on the delivery receipt at the time of signature.
  • DO NOT throw away your packaging.
  • Take detailed photos of damaged items and packaging.
