Most orders ship same day if ordered on business days by 1PM Central Time or within 1-2 days. For largers orders, please allow 48 to 72 hours to ship.

Orders are delivered during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground and do not require a signature at delivery.

For large or bulk orders shipping will go out via Freight Carrier

OVERSIZED PRODUCTS

• Oversized items (products too large to ship standard ground) will require residential curbside delivery (freight carrier service).
• Oversized items including - but not limited to - full-sized standing desks, L-shaped desks, and charging carts are not eligible to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
• Oversized items will be shipped through one of our several freight carriers by pallet or other methods. If you are not sure whether or not your item requires freight shipping, contact customer service before placing your order.
• Freight shipments usually deliver within 4-6 business days but may take 7-10 business days. Orders that ship freight cannot come with a guaranteed delivery date as the carrier selected will contact you regarding your delivery appointment.
• A signature is required at delivery.
• An adult must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment and sign the driver's paperwork.
• A loading dock is required.
  • Deliveries will take place within standard business hours. Please contact us if you have special hours and would like to schedule a delivery appointment. If there is no loading dock available, you must request lift gate service before placing your order.
  • If a liftgate isn't requested, the delivery cannot be made, or you may be required to help unload items from off the back of the truck.
  • It’s recommended that you have someone assist you when receiving your order.

• Inside Business Delivery:
  • If you would like your shipment brought into your business, the carrier will bring the shipment right through the entrance of the building. You are required to request inside delivery before placing your order.
  • A freight elevator is required if delivery is needed to an upper level.

• Home Delivery:
  • Due to liability, inside-home delivery is not available.
  • The carrier will contact you to set a date and a 3-hour appointment window (required).
  • The recipient is responsible for unpacking and removing the items from the shipping cartons and disposal of freight shipment materials such as pallets, bands, and shrink wrap.
  • Freight carrier trucks are very large. In some instances, they may be actual tractor-trailers (full-sized semi-trucks). If the road leading up to the delivery address cannot accommodate a large truck, a suitable delivery location may need to be arranged.
  • If home delivery is requested, the carrier may charge additional fees.

We offer expedited shipping on smaller orders within the US excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. This can be a 1-3 day service. If you would like to inquire on pricing please email us at

IMPORTANT:

Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery

While shipping damage and/or missing items are unlikely, if discovered, Stand Up Desk Store must notify the carrier within four business days.

In the event you notice water damage, creases, tears, or any damage to the product itself, please take the following actions as soon as possible:

• Note any damage and/or missing items on the delivery receipt at the time of signature.
• DO NOT throw away your packaging.
• Take detailed photos of damaged items and packaging.
