2. Christmas Scavenger Hunt

Divide employees into teams, assigning each team a color. Hide a series of clues (on pieces of paper in the corresponding colors) around the office, with each clue leading to the next. To make it challenging and educational, the clues should require some insider knowledge of the company and the people who work there. All paths will lead to a piece of paper that says “You Won!” The first team to find that piece of paper wins a prize (such as a free lunch outing). 

3. Christmas Talent Show

There’s a good chance that the quiet coworker in accounting is an amazing singer, and the serious guy in the warehouse did a little stand up comedy once upon a time. Give everyone a chance to share their hidden talents to the delight of their peers.

4. Casino Night

For the price of a few decks of cards, poker chips, dice, and maybe a low-cost roulette wheel, coworkers can play for fun prizes.

5. Movie Night

Order some pizza and snacks and turn the conference room into a theater. Have employees vote beforehand on what movie(s) to play. And if everyone can’t agree, provide the option of additional activities, or show a different movie in another room.
