Simply remove it from the box, unfold it, attach the feet and arms, then attach it to the tops. The included desk return/desk extension can be installed on either the left or right side, allowing you to configure the L desk to your workspace. The three-stage telescoping legs allow for a wider height adjustment range than typical standing desks, helping it accommodate virtually all users, short or tall. This height-adjustable desk also delivers the wide array of standing desk benefits that you expect, like increased focus and calorie burn, helping to counteract the health effects of a sedentary workday. NOTE: The M1 and M2 buttons allow users to program customizable height settings. The Home button is non-programmable and will return the desk to 28.3" in height. This is the standard ergonomic setting for the majority of users and is ideal for guests. In addition, if the desks are arranged in pods of four, pushing the home button on each desk will return them to the exact same height.
