4 Ways to Fight Fatigue at Your Standing Desk

Among the many standing desk benefits are the potential relief from back pain and neck pain, more calories burned, and better productivity. But fatigue is an issue some stand up desk users face. Luckily, there are several practical ways to combat muscle weakness while working at your stand up desk.     

1. Correct Your Posture
